The 2026 User Day marks an important milestone – the official launch of Concierge.
Concierge represents the next generation of our hospitality solution, evolving and enhancing the capabilities previously delivered through our Pubco platform. It brings everything together into a more complete, unified suite, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
This is the first time Concierge will be formally unveiled, giving you the opportunity to see how the solution has evolved, what’s new, and how it supports hospitality businesses today and into the future.

Our Annual User Day is designed to be informative, relaxed and genuinely enjoyable, a chance to step away from the day-to-day, reconnect with peers and focus on what’s next.
This year marks and important milestone, as we officially launch Concierge – the next generation of our hospitality solution. Built on everything we’ve learned from working closely with hospitality operators, Concierge brings our platform together into a more complete, unified suite. The User Day will be the first opportunity to see it fully unveiled and understand what it means moving forward.

Set in the Warwickshire countryside, Honesberie Shooting Ground provides the perfect setting to step away from the office and enjoy something a little different.
After the morning sessions, the day continues outdoors with a fully guided shooting experience, including clay pigeon shooting, air rifles, air pistols and crossbows. Suitable for all abilities, it’s a relaxed, social part of the day and always a highlight.
With expert instructors, a bit of friendly competition, and prizes up for grabs, it’s a chance to unwind, have fun, and connect with peers, partners and the MADIC dynamics team.
