As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-impact marketing campaigns designed to build brand presence, generate leads, engage prospects, and nurture relationships. You will collaborate with external partners, manage events, and oversee multi-channel campaigns that align with our business objectives. The role is central to driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and overall business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital advertising, and direct mail, with a focus on lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Lead Management: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. Oversee lead nurturing processes to maximise conversion rates.
  • Partner Relations: Manage relationships with third-party partners ensuring marketing activities are aligned and delivering mutual benefits.
  • Event Management: Organise and manage industry events, webinars, and trade shows. Drive engagement through creative marketing strategies and follow-up communications.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce high-quality content that supports campaign initiatives, including case studies, white papers, blogs, and webinars.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyse the success of marketing campaigns, using metrics like conversion rates, click-through rates, and ROI to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing campaign budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with the internal teams, including sales and senior management to keep all stakeholders informed of campaign progress and results.

 

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Experience within the ERP or Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem is highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience in campaign management and lead generation, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to develop integrated marketing strategies that encompass digital, social, and traditional channels.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience in analysing campaign performance metrics and optimising for better results.
  • Experience in organising and managing events, both virtual and in-person.
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing tactics.
