Our Story

2010: Where it all began

Back in 2010, we started out as Ocean Dynamics, with a simple but powerful goal: to help businesses run more efficiently with innovative software solutions. We specialised in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, offering businesses the tools to optimise their day-to-day operations. From retail and hospitality to furniture and commercial organisations, we quickly built a reputation for making complex processes smoother and more manageable.

2015: A new chapter with TLM

In 2015, we were acquired by TLM Technologies, a well-known name in the fuel retail sector. This brought exciting new possibilities however our focus remained the same: crafting the best possible software solutions for our customers. We didn’t merge our work streams; we stayed true to what we do best, maintaining our focus on software innovation.

2019: Becoming part of the MADIC Group

In 2019, TLM Technologies itself became part of the MADIC Group, a global leader in intelligent solutions for service stations and retail businesses. As part of a larger group, Ocean Dynamics now had access to MADIC's global expertise and resources, which has opened up new avenues for growth and innovation. Whilst our path remains uniquely our own, we continue to focus on the digital transformation of business processes.

2023: Ocean Dynamics becomes MADIC dynamics

In 2023, we made an exciting leap and rebranded as MADIC dynamics. The new name reflects our deep integration with the MADIC Group, but we’re still the same team delivering the same high-quality solutions - only now with a fresh name and even bigger ambitions. We believe this change better represents who we are today, aligning us with a global vision while preserving our commitment to helping businesses improve efficiency and scale through advanced software solutions.

Looking ahead

Today, as MADIC dynamics, we continue to build on our strong foundation. While our name has changed, our focus hasn’t: we’re here to help businesses optimise their operations with tailored software solutions, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. As part of the MADIC Group, we’re excited for what the future holds and ready to continue our journey, partnering with businesses to drive success and innovation.
