Admiral Taverns, the UK's leading community pub company, operates an estate of circa 1,400 pubs across England, Wales, and Scotland. Predominantly community wet-led pubs, they boast a strong reputation for supporting independent licensees and operators to deliver high-quality pub offers across all trading styles with ‘community’ firmly at the heart of their businesses. Admiral is always seeking new ways to enhance central communications and empower their licensees and operators to be successful.

In July 2021, Admiral purchased Hawthorn, the Community Pub Company, and its 674 pubs. To integrate Hawthorn, Admiral required a single ERP solution that could effectively facilitate their business operations and future growth. Additionally, they aimed to gain better insights into their business health through improved reporting and capital management.

MADIC dynamics was selected to work with Admiral due to our unparalleled knowledge in the pub company sector and the depth of our industry-specific solution with Business Central 365.

Our solution is still actively used, and we maintain our strong partnership with Admiral. We are currently collaborating on system development changes with their in-house team and improving automation around their leasing document management and legal compliance.
